Assistant Engineer Promotions

By RAP 3 on May 11, 2018

RAP3 provides opportunities to young Graduate Engineers through its long-running Internship and Graduate Programmes. Every 6 months a new intake of 9-14 freshly graduated, outstanding engineers join as Interns and receive mentored work exposure in a ‘maintenance’ and ‘new-construction’ district. (Photo shows May 2017 Intake) On completing some get opportunities to join as Graduate Engineers who receive structured professional experience suitable for facing a future P.Eng review panel or similar. As an intermediate stage, RAP3 recognises the potential and contribution of those Graduate Engineers who have been engaged on the Programme for at least 3 years and have achieved the equivalent of 70% of the complete programme. RAP3 is proud to announce that the first such group of five Graduate Engineers has reached the 70% level and are promoted to Assistant Engineers. Congratulations go to Damodar Khanal (Asset Management Team, TMO), Janak Kharel (Dadeldhura DTA), Chetan Neupane (Achham DTA), Niran Sunwar (Asset Management Team, TMO) and Neelam Thapa (Procurement Team, TMO).
