Implementing Partner

IMC Worldwide is the implementing agency for the Rural Access Programme 3.We have been delivering successful projects in Nepal since 1999, working closely with local and international partners to ensure value for money and lasting impacts. IMC Worldwide is an international development consultancy with roots in the planning, design and management of global infrastructure projects.  We have more than 50 years’ experience and have worked in over 80 countries and territories. Our team of staff and consultants offers a wealth of technical expertise in areas ranging from economics, financial analysis and management consultancy through to engineering, urban and regional planning, social assessment and institutional development.

Government Partner

RAP3 works closely with the Department of Local Infrastructure Development and Agricultural Roads (DoLIDAR). Our work within DoLIDAR includes support for their Rural Transport Infrastructure Sector Wide Approach (RTI SWAp) Programme – developing policies and strategies; harmonising technical and financial management guidelines and procedures for rural infrastructure; and promoting infrastructure asset management for sustainability.
