Social Audit Guidelines

RAP3 Social Audit is a monitoring process through which project information is collected, analysed and shared publicly in a participatory fashion. Social audit goes beyond the oversight of project finances and procurements to examine all aspects of the project, including level of access to information, accountability, public involvement, project outputs and outcomes. Social audits are carried out by TMO experts with the support of district technical assistance team and implementation partners during annual progress review at the district.
