Session 3: RAP3 Continuing Professional Development Programme (Presentation)
The presentation for session 3 of the CPD Workshop, ‘RAP3 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme’, provides an overview of the RAP3 CPD programme which includes structured, competency based training and professional development, two internship programmes (one for CTEVT Technical School pass outs and one for recently graduated civil engineers), and a graduate programme for civil engineers.
CPD Field Visit Report
This report summarises the field visit to Parbat District, held on the 10th and 11th of March 2015, which provided the Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) and the Nepal Engineers’ Association (NEA) with the opportunity to observe the RAP3 pilot CPD programme in practice. The field visit was attended by representatives from the NEC, NEA, RAP3, DFID, and the Institute of Civil Engineers, UK representative in Nepal.
