Started in November 2018, the Rural Access Programme 3 Mugu Humla Link Road (RAP3 MHLR) is expected to complete its construction work in October 2020. This project is being implemented with UK government funding given to the Nepal Government. The total budget allocated for this road is £15.5 million and the length of road is 67 km. The Maintenance and Resilience Pilot Component (MRPC) is to be implemented utilising part of the fund of RAP3 MHLR in the fiscal year 2019-20. RAP3 MHLR project is implemented by IMC Worldwide Ltd, a UK based Management Consulting firm on behalf of the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID).
