Nepal Engineering Association has celebrated this year’s International Women in Engineering Day through webinar on “gender mainstreaming in shaping the world in the post COVID situation”. The theme for INWED 2020 is ‘Shape the World’ and RAP3 MHLR Team Leader, Er. Kirsteen Merrilees was invited to be the keynote speaker at the webinar. Kirsteen Merrilees in her presentation discussed about why post COVID situation is all about practicing good engineering and she has also made it clear that in the current situation, both men and women’s participation in the engineering field is equally important.
